This Dressing is my fave!!!
It’s a sweet and robust addition to any salad.
Yield: one salad.
- 1 tsp honey (LOCAL and natural)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Place ingredients in bowl and stir vigorously with fork or whisk.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add your favorite salad ingredients. (I like to add fresh torn kale, sliced strawberries, cucumber, avocado and hemp seeds.)
Also, if you’ve never used hemp seeds, they’re a great addition to any meal. They are abundant in nutritional excellence, high in Omega 3 and 6 and have a mild taste very similar to the macadamia nut.
