This Dressing is my fave!!!

It’s a sweet and robust addition to any salad.

Yield: one salad.


  • 1 tsp honey (LOCAL and natural)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice


Dresssing Sunshine

  1. Place ingredients in bowl and stir vigorously with fork or whisk. IMG_6060
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Add your favorite salad ingredients.  (I like to add fresh torn kale, sliced strawberries, cucumber, avocado and hemp seeds.)


Also, if you’ve never used hemp seeds, they’re a great addition to any meal.  They are abundant in nutritional excellence, high in Omega 3 and 6 and have a mild taste very similar to the macadamia nut.
